Commencing his real estate career with the Ray White Group in 2001, Brendan now manages the Ray White CBD Residential office.
Since joining in 2001 he has worked across the office gaining a broad experience in the operations of an agency. These roles have offered a variety of challenges and allowed Brendan to forge strong relationships with his extensive client database.


Brendan's experience, negotiation skills and constant commitment for excellence have led to his success. Brendan now specialises in the sale of property in the CBD & inner city also handling special projects and project marketing. Brendan has handled the sale of over 150 properties and is able to give qualified advice on all property matters. Brendan has also added auctioneering to his skill set in 2007 something he wishes to develop in years to come.

Over recent years Brendan has worked with some of Brisbane’s major property developers & the QLD State Government in the acquisition of sites. He has been extremely active in property sales throughout the city and is recognised as one of the longest operating agents in the area. Brendan has regularly commented in the Courier Mail on the market.

During 2007 he handled the sale of properties for charity and in December was part of a property auction which raised over $20,000 for The Starlight Foundation.

The CBD market has changed significantly over the last 5 years and Ray White is seen as the leader in the marketplace, Ray White currently holds the largest market share in the CBD.
