Coming from a Marketing and Economics background at Queensland University of
Technology, Brandon has obtained skills essential to both understand the property market and to market properties professionally and achieve the best results possible for the client. He has been in the industry since 2006 and in that time has achieved an array of complex and street records throughout the inner city.
Brandon has recently relocated residences from West End to Queen St, Brisbane City and also rebranded to fall under the Brisbane CBD Residential banner. This switch was made with the intention of rapidly growing his business and market share throughout the inner city, while still being heavily involved in the West End and South Bank area, selling both houses and apartments. Prior to making the move to the Aurora Tower, he had previously lived in several residences in both West End and South Brisbane for over 6 years, which has given him the advantage of a solid community network and also an excellent understanding of the cultural aspect of such an area as West End and South Bank. He has also been present for the facelift which the area has received in recent years. Having traveled throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East, he is worldly and possesses knowledge and experience beyond his years.
Having played for his state in both Australian Rules and Water Polo, and previous experience in the retail and hospitality industries, Brandon prides himself on honesty, excellent communication, people skills and approachability. The combination of these assets with his passion for selling property make for a pleasant and efficient real estate experience.
Brandon believes that clients can achieve success in any market, as long as the fundamentals of supply and demand are met. He believes that there is always a buyer for a property “at a price” and that it is our job description to identify the absolute best buyer in the market at that particular point in time and bring that buyer and the seller together at a level which each party is happy with. This is achieved through strong negotiation, maintaining a constant contact policy and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process. |
